I have been working as a Product Designer since 2021 and I am absolutely in love with Design and anything art related.

I graduated at Social Work, which gave me a broad understanding of society and how it works. I have worked for a couple of years as an English teacher and also with Customer Experience, which made me realize how much I loved working with and for people.

After I finished my degree, I started to learn about design and decided that was the path I wanted for myself.

Driving user-centered design for a leading luxury e-commerce platform. My role includes exploring new feature ideas, conducting A/B tests and user research, enhancing internal back-office tools and tackling complex UX challenges within the luxury fashion space. I am responsible for strategic design concepts that serve as the foundation for innovation and continuous improvement. I collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Team Leads, and other stakeholders.

Researched data from business, design and users in order to uplift new improvement possibilites within the company. Created BPMN's with Tech Leads to document User Journeys. Helped grow the company's Design System while also improving the Handoff process on teams.

Improved the existing journeys by creating a better interface for the Webpage and App. Implemented new features weekly, while also working alongside the Engineers, CX Team and Business Managers.
